Cancer patients, and their families, want the cancer patient to survive their cancer. In order to give a cancer patient a significant chance of survival it takes three things:
1) Help from an organization controlled by people of high integrity,
2) Correct information about what causes cancer,
3) Correct information about the best cancer treatments.

This web page is an introduction to the Independent Cancer Research Foundation, Inc. (ICRF). It is hoped you will read this entire article, because if you do, you will hopefully realize that the ICRF is one of the extremely rare organizations which has all three of the above items.

The Independent Cancer Research Foundation is one of the extremely rare world-class cancer research organizations which focuses solely on researching natural cancer treatments, more commonly referred to as "alternative cancer treatments." Collectively, the board members have more than 35 years of experience researching and working with alternative cancer treatments!!

The ICRF was founded and is controlled by individuals who have a long history of being loyal to natural medicine research. The members are hand-picked experts at treating cancer with natural substances or with very low amperage electromedicine.

Because of the media's very cozy relationship with the pharmaceutical industry, very few people know that the best alternative cancer treatments can be thirty times more effective than the orthodox cancer treatments of chemotherapy, radiation and surgery. The reasons will be discussed below.

Because the ICRF is not in any way controlled by the pharmaceutical industry we are NOT looking for "better" chemotherapy drugs. In fact, we are not looking for any new and improved drugs, chemotherapy or otherwise.

While most people would think that looking for new drugs is the only thing cancer research organizations should do, there are some things you should know about cancer research.

Let us compare cancer research to ten different high-rise buildings. Suppose that some criminals are hiding in exactly one of these high-rise buildings. Now suppose the police can only search one of these buildings.

Obviously, it would help if the police knew which tall high-rise building the criminals were hiding in.

We can compare this scenario to cancer research. There are several theories about what causes cancer. We can compare these different theories to the ten high-rise buildings.

We can compare cancer research to the police. Just like the police need to know which high-rise building the criminals are hiding in; cancer researchers need to know exactly what causes cancer!!!

What Causes Cancer?

Back in the 1930s, a brilliant microbioligist discovered what causes cancer. With this knowledge he then proceeded to cure cancer.

His name was Dr. Royal Rife. Dr. Rife did hundreds of experiments, primarily using mice, to find out what caused cancer. He figured out what caused cancer and then did more experiments to prove he was right.

What was the answer? Rife discovered that cancer was caused by a highly pleomorphic microbe. The word "pleomorphic" in this context means it is a microbe which can change its size and shape dramatically!! This microbe can be smaller than a virus or as large as an amoeba!! This microbe is now called a "highly pleomorphic cell wall deficient bacteria," but to Royal Rife is was simply called: bx.

Rife also knew something critical about this microbe. This microbe lived inside of cancer cells. This is critical to understand.

When the time came for Rife to devise an electromedicine device, which is now called a "frequency generator" or a "Rife Machine," Rife learned this device needed to have two frequencies.

The first frequency was to vibrate the microbes to death and the other frequency was to "carry" the first frequency inside the cancer cells to kill the microbes which caused cancer.

His cure was 100% successful. We now know that when you kill the microbes inside the cancer cells the cells will not die, they will revert into normal cells. Rife understood this and he made no attempt to kill any cancer cells, rather he cured cancer by reverting the cancer cells into normal cells.

However, Royal Rife was not the first or only person to understand that cancer was caused by a microbe and that the microbe was "hiding" inside the cancer cells (making it difficult to kill).

Here are some quotes from the book: Four Women Against Cancer, by Dr. Alan Cantwell, M.D., who chronicles more than 100 years of cancer microbe research:

• In, "The microscopy of micro-organisms associated with neoplasms (cancer) published in the August 1948 issue of The New York Microscopical Bullentin, Roy Allen presents illustrations of the cancer microbe ... The microbes live inside the cancer cells (intra-cellular) and outside the cancer cells (extra-cellular)."

• According to Livingston and Addeo's 1984 book, "Dr. Rhoads [of Memorial Sloan-Kittering Cancer Center] was committed to chemotherapy, and well he might have been since he was head of chemical warfare during World War II. [Rhodes] tried to turn chemical warfare against the cancer cell within the human body. His big mistake was that he believed the cancer cell to be the causative agent of the disease and not the parasite within the cell. To unleash the horrors of chemical warfare and the atomic bomb in the form of chemotherapy and cobalt radiation against the hopeless victims of a microbial disease is illogical.

• More importantly, the Dillers showed that cancer germs were able to gain entrance not only into the [non-cancerous] cell (intra-cellular) [which turns the cell cancerous], but also into the nucleus of the cell. This intra-nuclear invasion meant that cancer microbes could gain access to the genes contained within the nucleus itself. This is similar to what [gene therapy does].

Before going on, the above quote is explaining why cancer cells frequently have DNA damage. The DNA of the cancer microbe interacts with the DNA inside the cells. Orthodox medicine is well aware of this possibility because this concept is at the heart and soul of gene therapy.

Now, another quote on the fact that the microbe is inside the cancer cells.

• Like the other women, Seibert observed the virus-like forms of the cancer microbe within the nucleus of the cancer cells. She theorized this infection could disrupt and transform nuclear genetic material that could lead to malignant change. Even though cancer microbes might appear to be simple and common microbes, their ability to infiltrate the nucleus of cells meant they were far from harmless.

This is a quote which refers to research done in 1890 (not a typo):

• In 1890 the distinguished pathologist William Russell (1852-1940) first reported "cancer parasites" in cancer tissue that was specially stained with carbol fuchsin, a red dye. The "parasite" was found inside and outside the cells. The smallest forms were barely visible microscopically; and the largest parasites were as large as red blood cells. Russell also found "parasites" in tuberculosis, syphilis and skin ulcers.

The cancer microbe is highly pleomorphic, meaning it can change size and change shape at will as the last quote states.

Dr. Robert O. Young, PhD has observed a cancer microbe literally drill through the cell wall of a healthy cell in order to try and escape a highly acidic environment outside the cell.

In fact, in the past 100 years many cancer researchers, from before Dr. Royal Rife to Dr. Robert O Young and Dr. Gaston Naessens, have known cancer was caused by a microbe which was inside of the cancer cell. In other words, a microbe was able to penetrate a normal cell and turn the normal cell into a cancer cell.

One of the above quotes theorizes that the cancer microbe converts a normal cell into a cancer cell by altering its DNA. This is probably not true, though it is possible that disrupting the creation of key proteins may be a contributing factor in the cell becoming cancerous.

The reason that the theory of the ICRF researcher is considered to be more accurate is that when substances are used which kill microbes inside of the cancer cells (e.g. Dr. Royal Rife), the cancer cells are reverted into normal cells. If the DNA damage theory was correct (Dr. Rife did his research long before DNA was discovered) killing the microbes would not fix the already damaged DNA. Yet the cancer cell is known to revert back into a normal cell simply by killing the microbes with electromedicine.

So if we get back to our 10 high-rise buildings mentioned above, the correct high-rise theory of what causes cancer is a highly pleomorphic cell wall deficient bacteria and we see that the best way to cure cancer is to kill these bacteria.

Thus, the reader might think that all cancer researchers are diligently trying to kill the cancer microbes inside of all cancer cells.

Unfortunately for cancer patients, that is not the case. In fact, the Independent Cancer Research Foundation, Inc. stands alone in its quest to kill the microbes inside of cancer cells.

Why aren't other cancer researchers looking for ways to kill the cancer microbes which are inside the cancer cells??

Actually, the research of orthodox medicine is focused on the wrong high-rise building, thus there is no hope they will ever find a cure for cancer. In fact, that is exactly the way they want it.

Treating cancer as a chronic disease, by not curing cancer, is massively profitable. When you cure a cancer patient, or the patient dies, your profit-center is destroyed. The goal of orthodox medicine is to get all cancer patients on chemotherapy for life. This is the ultimate way to maximize your profits.

The fact is that if the general public ever found out (and the media will make sure they never do find out) that cancer was a microbial disease, the general public would demand an immediate cure for cancer!!

The reader should understand that almost all funding for cancer research studies is controlled, directly or indirectly, by the pharmaceutical industry. Even the federal government funded studies are completely controlled by the pharmaceutical industry.

In fact, the very reason the ICRF exists is to do research on killing the cancer microbe inside the cancer cells. That is not the only focus of our research, but it is the main focus. The Rife Machine success was replicated in 2008 and the ICRF has already made the details of this treatment available on the Cancer Tutor website.

Are Alternative Cancer Treatments Effective?

Just like you will never, never hear the truth from orthodox cancer researchers about what causes cancer, you will never hear the truth about alternative cancer treatments from the media or anyone else who is controlled by the pharmaceutical industry.

The fact of the matter is that alternative cancer treatments can be far, far more potent than orthodox cancer treatments.

How can this be, aren't chemotherapy a radiation really, really potent and toxic?

Let us use a story from the Cancer Tutor website:

Suppose you own an antique dining room table which is worth many tens of thousands of dollars. Suppose your butler tells you that there are dozens of cockroaches crawling around on your priceless table and you will be having dinner guests in one hour.

Your butler, as he is leaving your house, gives you four options for getting rid of the cockroaches:
1) He offers you a chainsaw to "slash" the little critters to pieces,
2) He offers you a large and powerful flamethrower to "burn" the critters to pieces,
3) He offers you 2 gallons of a highly, highly toxic liquid chemical to "poison" the citters, and
4) He offers you an old $1 flyswatter.

Which of the four options would you pick? Would you choose one of the first three options (slash, burn and poison) because they are highly potent at killing cockroaches or would you choose the cheap, wimpy flyswatter?

Think about why you would make your choice.

Most likely you would pick the flyswatter because the other three items, which are massively powerful at killing cockroaches; are also massively powerful at destroying your priceless table!!

In a similar way of thinking, alternative cancer treatments (the flyswatter), while not as "powerful" as the other items, are far more effective at treating cancer because these treatments either target cancer cells or do not damage your non-cancerous cells, Thus they can be given in much higher doses than any of the "orthodox" cancer treatments.

Chemotherapy (the toxic chemical above), surgery (the chainsaw above) and radiation (the flamethrower above) do kill cancer cells, but they do not TARGET cancer cells, thus they cannot cure cancer (which has spread) without killing the patient first.

More About the ICRF

The ICRF researchers are well aware of what causes cancer, and all of its "research treatments" (which are linked to below) are based on defeating the real cause of cancer; which is the highly pleomorphic cell wall deficient bacteria already mentioned.

The ICRF is looking for both electromedicine and non-electromedicine treatments to cure cancer because by killing the microbe(s) (which are inside the cancer cell) the cancer cells can revert back into normal cells. There are significant advantages to reverting a cancer cell into a normal cell rather than killing the cancer cells.

But most alternative cancer treatments are not based on solid cancer theory, rather they are based on trial and error. Alternative practitioners simply use "what works." There is certainly nothing wrong with using treatments which work even if they are not based on solid theory!!

There are more than 400 alternative cancer treatments that are well documented. Several dozen of these treatments are highly effective cures, for most types of cancer, but they are cures for only "recently diagnosed" cancer patients who have not had extensive orthodox treatments, such as chemotherapy.

Only about a dozen of these 400+ treatments are highly effective for advanced cancer patients.

With this in mind, and if these cures are public information, why the need for the ICRF?

The research objectives of the ICRF are focused on helping advanced cancer patients, many of whom have been sent home to die by orthodox medicine. It is a universal constant that 95% of the cancer patients who seek out alternative cancer treatments have already had extensive chemotherapy, radiation and surgery.

This kind of cancer patient is not only vulnerable to their cancer, but they are equally vulnerable to death caused by the damage done to their immune system, their non-cancerous cells (their so-called "healthy" cells), and so on.

The focus of ICRF research is on treatments which hopefully will not cause additional inflammation or swelling and will:
1) Protect with super-nutrients the non-cancerous cells,
2) Stop the spreading of cancer, and
3) Kill existing cancer cells or revert them into normal cells.

The ICRF board members already know how to do all of these things and are spreading the word about existing treatments for advanced cancer patients. Three of the board members have websites on alternative cancer treatments. In fact, one of the premiere websites on the Internet on alternative cancer treatments (because it "rates" alternative cancer treatments based on their effectiveness on advanced cancer patients) was written by one of the board members of the ICRF (Webster Kehr wrote the Cancer Tutor website).

Furthermore, two of the most potent alternative cancer treatments for advanced cancer patients were designed by ICRF board members:

The Bill Henderson Protocol by Bill Henderson.

Furthermore, it was board member Gary Teal who was responsible for "picking the brain" of the person who designed a superb new alternative cancer treatment which uses a frequency generator (i.e. a "Rife Machine").

Detailed information about these three treatments, and the other most potent alternative cancer treatments, can be found on the Cancer Tutor website. This ICRF website is for research purposes (i.e. treatments being researched) so it does not discuss the highly "proven" treatments which are on the Cancer Tutor website.

The Cancer Tutor website, while it is the repository of the ICRF "proven" treatments (and dozens of other "proven" treatments), is definitely not the only excellent website on alternative cancer treatments. In fact, the "Healing Cancer Naturally" website may have even more excellent information than Cancer Tutor. It should also be understood that because of FDA persecution of competitors of the pharmaceutical industry, that there are many cures for cancer which vendors of the key products are not allowed to talk about. Thus, you may find a website which sells a product which cures or treats cancer, but yet the site is not allowed to talk about the cure because of fear of FDA persecution!!

The importance of the websites which do not directly sell any health products cannot be overestimated because they are the only websites which are allowed to talk about effective cures for cancer!!!

Because the ICRF knows what causes cancer and is one of the rare organizations which is actually looking for cancer cures and effective cancer treatments (in addition to the ones we have already found), the treatments we have developed are vastly superior to orthodox treatments.

Furthermore, our vast superiority over "orthodox" cancer charities and government research happened during a time when the funding of the ICRF was less than 1/100,000th of 1% of all the other organizations!! We are looking for better fly swatters and they are looking for better poisons, chain saws and flamethrowers!! But even if they found a poison that cured cancer, they would not use it.

Even though we are researching fly swatters, the ICRF needs very significant funding to continue its research goals! The ICRF not only researches cancer, but also other diseases which have a similar cause or similar type of treatment (e.g. Lyme Disease, AIDS, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, etc.). If you or a loved one gets Lyme Disease or M.S. or Parkinson's - where will you turn to?? Think about that carefully!!

But also think about the fact that the ICRF has never received a dime from the pharmaceutical industry, any orthodox cancer research charity or any other major sources of funding. Our funding comes from people.

More About the ICRF Research

Yes, the ICRF is doing primary, meaning original, cancer research. At any given time we are researching more than a dozen treatments which we do not mention on this website. However, we are also interested in protecting existing technologies. It makes no sense to spend money developing new technologies if the FDA is destroying existing technologies faster than you are finding new technologies.

Nevertheless, even with very, very limited funds we continue to do primary research on alternative cancer treatments.

Our financial needs also include an office and a part time or full time office manager to answer emails/questions from cancer patients, handle company business, keep the websites of the ICRF up to date, track down promising technologies, make appointments, coordinate research projects, etc.

Should those involved with the ICRF find one or more cures that meet the requirements they are looking for, the focus of the organization may switch from research to making this information public. Once the information is disseminated to their satisfaction, most likely the organization will be dissolved and only the websites will remain active.

How Do I Contribute to the ICRF?

The ICRF is a non-profit corporation, incorporated in the state of Nevada. The ICRF is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is classified as a "public charity" [170(b)(1)(A)(vi)]. Those who make contributions to the ICRF may take a tax-deduction under Section 170 of the Code. The advance ruling is valid until December 31, 2010, at which time it must be renewed.
