DMSO-Chlorine Dioxide Protocol For Cancer
by R. Webster Kehr
Chapter 1: Overview of the DMSO / Chlorine Dioxide Protocol
Chapter 3: An Overview of This ProtocolThis protocol takes twelve hours each day, but don't worry, it is a simple and easy protocol. It will not interfere with your day's activity very much at all. While DMSO can cause severe body odor, the doses of DMSO in this protocol are so very small that it is not expected that very many people will experience the sulfur smell which accompanies high doses of DMSO. In many cancer treatments in which high doses of DMSO are taken the person needs to stay out of the public after the first dose of DMSO. But hopefully most people will not have any noticable body odor (sulphur smell) from the very low doses in this protocol. The person should have a very trusted relative or friend (who does NOT take any DMSO) decide if there is any significant body odor. The person can be at home or at work. The theory of this protocol is that for twelve hours the cancer cells have nothing to "drink" except liquids which contain chlorine dioxide. Essentially, starting first thing in the morning, before the patient drinks any liquids, they start taking very small doses of DMSO and chlorine dioxide. During the twelve hours of the treatment they continue to drink nothing but purified water, which is taken by itself or has chlorine dioxide mixed in with it. Food is allowed during the twelve hours, but as little as possible in order to stay comfortable. Thus, all the liquids the person takes for twelve hours includes chlorine dioxide. Since cancer cells consume liquids continuously, a great deal of chlorine dioxide will get inside of all cancer cells. This means many, and hopefully all, of the microbes will be killed.
In addition, DMSO is added to the chlorine dioxide water to "open" the ports of the cancer cells so a higher percentage of the chlorine dioxide water gets inside the cancer cells!! Thus it is a one-two punch: If that is what happens, the cancer cells will soon revert into normal cells, which is the goal of this protocol. As long as the person is not on a bad diet which will allow the microbes to breed faster than they should, this protocol should be very effective. After the person is done with the twelve hours of this protocol, they can eat and drink healthy things the rest of the day.
What to Buy For This Protocol
The ingredients in the protocol consist of: DMSO usually comes in the form of 99.9% pure DMSO, mixed with 30% water. This makes a 70/30 ratio. Do NOT use DMSO with less than 30% water.
Here is one of many vendors of DMSO on the Internet where you can obtain 70/30 liquid DMSO:
To buy Miracle Mineral Supplement (MMS) and citric acid, here are two different vendor product lines (Note: for the first vendor the citric acid comes already mixed with water, thus you need to buy 1 bottle of 50% citric acid for each bottle of MMS: There are many other vendors of MMS if you wish to use Google. Whatever vendor you choose make sure the package also comes with a form of 50% citric acid or you can make the 50% citric acid. Note: Because MMS is legally sold as a "water purifier" and because DMSO is legally sold as a "solvent" (due to potential FDA persecution) most health food stores are reluctant to sell these products so you are likely wasting your time going to a health food store to buy these two products.
The General Principle of Making Clorine DioxideThis section will give you the general principle of making chlorine dioxide from sodium chlorite (i.e. MMS) and citric acid. 1) To make one drop of chlorine dioxide mix one drop of sodium chlorite (i.e. MMS) with one drop of 50% citric acid (if you already have 10% citric acid, then use five drops of 10% citric acid for each drop of MMS). 2) To make two drops of chlorine dioxide mix two drops of sodium chlorite (i.e. MMS) with two drops of 50% citric acid. 2) To make three drops of chlorine dioxide mix three drops of sodium chlorite (i.e. MMS) with three drops of 50% citric acid. You will not exceed three drops at one time. Basically, for EACH drop of MMS add one drop of 50% citric acid. Now let us apply this principle to learn how to safely "build-up" to the therapeutic doses of chlorine dioxide. A note about water is in order. Use purified water during this protocol. It is important NOT to use distilled water because drinking too much distilled water can leech minerals out of your body. I also would not recommend alkaline water or ozonated water because they may interfere with the chlorine dioxide chemically. At any time during the "build-up" and protocol (which never lasts more than twelve hours a day) you can drink extra purified water and healthy food such that you do not become uncomfortably hungry. You may also drink things for safety reasons, such as staying awake while driving (actually apple juice is as good as coffee). After the twelve hours of each day of build-up or protocol you can live a normal lifestyle as long as you stay on a strong "cancer diet."
The Oral Way of Making and Taking Chlorine DioxideIf the cancer patient (or AIDS patient) can take the DMSO and chlorine dioxide transdermally (by rubbing it on their skin) then that is the way they should take it because the stomach is taken out of the picture as an issue. But for those who end up taking it orally, they need to "build-up" slowly to the treatment doses (which does not exceed three drops at a time). Remember, this section is only for those taking chlorine dioxide orally. The first few days of this protocol you will not use DMSO at all. The hardest part of this protocol is building up to the 3 drops of chlorine dioxide you will take each hour. Chlorine dioxide can be very hard on the stomach, creating nausea, diarrhea and vomiting. It is not the body which is causing these side-effects, it is the stomach. It is critical, VERY CRITICAL to build-up to therapeutic doses, in this case 3 drops every hour for twelve hours!!! Some cancer patients may not be able to tolerate taking chlorine dioxide orally. For these people, the transdermal option is very simple and easy to use. In fact, some people can only tolerate 1/2 drop of chloride dioxide orally and any dose higher than that causes severe nausea and/or vomiting. But most people can build-up to the necessary oral doses. The first day of the build-up you should only start with 1/2 drop of chlorine dioxide. Here is how to mix and take 1/2 drop of chlorine dioxide.
1) You put ONE drop of MMS in a small glass bowl and then (Note: One drop of MMS plus one drop of 50% citric acid IS DEFINED to be "one drop of chlorine dioxide"!!)
4) Add 6 to 8 ounces (or more) of purified water, then Throw away the other half of the mixture because it will not be useful. After taking half the glass, see how your stomach reacts over the next 30 minutes. If your stomach does well, two or three hours later increase the dose to 1 drop of chlorine dioxide. Follow the same procedure as before except drink all of the glass of water. See how your stomach reacts.
The next day you can try twice to build up to two drops: Never try to build up by more than one drop a day!! Keep trying to increase the dosage and increase the number of times a day you take the dose. The goal is to build up to the recommended dose (three drops of chlorine dioxide each hour for twelve hours) before starting the protocol. In other words, you not only have to build-up to the number of drops taken each hour, but you also need to build up to the number of consecutive hours you can take this mixture once an hour. You can start adding drops of DMSO to the mixture (just before you drink it, meaning AFTER the chlorine dioxide is made), when you start feeling comfortable with the chlorine dioxide. Here is the protocol with DMSO:
1) You put THREE drops of MMS in a small glass bowl and then Note that after the DMSO is added, the mixture is only mixed for ONE minute. This last listing of 7 steps is exactly what you will do for the treatment. You will do this once an hour for twelve consecutive hours. At any time during the twelve hours of the build-up or treatment you can drink extra purified water and eat healthy foods such that you do not become uncomforably hungry.
The Transdermal Way of Making and Taking Chlorine DioxideThis is the preferred way to take this protocol because the stomach is bypassed and is thus not an issue. There is no build-up using it transdermally because the doses are so small, but the person will need to get used to dealing with the DMSO.
The Hourly Treatment
1) You put THREE drops of MMS in a small glass bowl and then Do this exactly once an hour for twelve hours. Note that the DMSO is only mixed for one minute before use. Note also that water is never added to this mixture!! At any time you can drink purified water and eat healthy foods such that you do not become uncomforably hungry.
Other CommentsAssuming you work Monday through Friday, you may want to do your first transdermal session on a Saturday to see whether you are subject to body odor. Always have a trusted person, who is not using DMSO, be the judge of any body odor. Whether you take it orally or transdermally you should drink between 4 and 8 ounces of water each hour (this includes the water you mix with the DMSO and chlorine dioxide if you are taking the protocol orally). If you are taking the protocol transdermally, wait a few minutes after spreading the mixture on the skin before drinking any water. All of this includes the hour after the last dose. During these twelve hours drink only purified water unless for safety reasons or health reasons. During these twelve hours you can eat healthy foods, but not a lot of food. Eat the minimum amount of food such that you do not get too hungry. AFTER the twelve hours you can eat and drink anything you want, in any amounts you want, as long as it is consistent with the "cancer diet" discussed in the prior chapter.
How Long Should the Treatment Be Taken? This treatment can be taken indefinitely, but normally it will only be taken for 4 or 5 weeks. Two months after starting this treatment (and for each two months the patient is on this treatment) the patient should take the Navarro Urine test (see below). If the Navarro Urine test number does not increase each time it is taken, continue with this treatment as long as you wish. If the Navarro Urine test number increases, discontinue this treatment and use a more proven alternative cancer treatment, such as the Cellect-Budwig protocol or the LifeOne protocol of Dr. Howenstine (see the "Cancer Tutor" website). In EITHER CASE, please notify the ICRF every time you take a Navarro Urine test and provide a short description of your case history. If the treatment is not working, we will be happy to recommend a stronger treatment for your situation.
How You Can Help Other Cancer Patients!!This treatment can never be perfected without information from people who have used this treatment. It is this information, and nothing else, which will allow us to fine-tune this treatment for other cancer patients. You become a cancer researcher when you use this treatment. If you do not contact the ICRF, then you are only benefiting yourself, not others, with information that may help them!! Before starting this treatment, or as soon as possible, the cancer patient should take the Navarro Urine test to establish a "baseline" for how well this protocol works. Please send me an email when you get your Navarro Urine test result (you may have already started the treatment by then). As mentioned above the patient should also take the Navarro every six weeks. Every Navarro score should be forwarded to the ICRF with information about what treatment is being used, how the patient is doing, etc. Then, 6 or 8 weeks AFTER the treatment is finished, please take another Navarro urine test. Because the Navarro urine test measures the amount of HCG molecules in your body; even if the cancer is cured, and the cancer cells are removed, the score many not drop as much as it should because it can take several months for the body to flush HCG molecules out of the body, even after the cancer is cured. What this means is that it is difficult, even using the Navarro, to measure the success of this treatment because there is no way to actually measure how many cancer cells there are in a patient's body without using a PET scan or CT scan.
Nevertheless, if you wait 6 or 8 weeks after the treatment to measure your HCG it will give us good information and will allow us to work with you to better determine how you are doing and what you should do next.
